  • 60 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 60 g Emmental cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to approximately 170°C (top/bottom heat) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Beat the quark and egg until smooth. Sprinkle in the cheese and mix. Season to taste. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the baking tray and place in the oven. Bake for approximately 15 minutes (top/bottom heat). The base can be topped immediately. I like to use tomato paste and mix it with a little water and pizza seasoning. Choose your topping and sprinkle it with some cheese. The pizza is then placed back in the oven until the cheese is nicely melted. I always let the base brown a little so it becomes crispy. The base has approximately 380 kcal, 3 g carbs, and 33 g protein.
