Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g turkey meat
- 2 points vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the onion, chop finely, and fry. Shred the turkey, add it to the onions, and fry. Meanwhile, thaw the buttered vegetables and add them to the meat. Add a cup of broth and let everything simmer for a few minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Tip: It also tastes great with diced potatoes; it just takes a little longer to cook because they’ll take longer to cook.
