Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 370 g sugar
- 100 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add 70g of sugar. Bring the water to a boil, add 300g of sugar, and simmer for exactly 3 minutes. While still hot, slowly stir into the stiff peaks. Continue stirring until slightly cooled. Transfer to a piping bag and fill the baked Swiss rolls.
