Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 300 ml cream
- 300 ml milk
- 2 packs of vanilla sugar or vanilla flavor

Beat the eggs and sugar until very fluffy, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar (or flavoring) until stiff peaks form, and combine everything with the milk. Let the mixture churn in the ice cream maker for about 30 minutes until creamy, then freeze for another 1-2 hours. If you want to keep the ice cream in the freezer for a longer period, thaw it in the refrigerator about half an hour before eating to prevent it from becoming too solid.
