Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 900 g melon(s), only the flesh
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

If the watermelon contains a lot of seeds, you should juice the melon and use 900g of watermelon juice. Otherwise, simply puree all of the listed ingredients with a hand blender. Pour this juice mixture into the running ice cream maker! After 30-45 minutes, the ice cream will be solid.
