Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml water
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar, vegan
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp white miso paste
- ¼ tsp turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
from cashew nuts
Grind the cashews, then blend them with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil in a small saucepan until it thickens. Stir continuously with a whisk or ladle to prevent it from burning. When the mixture thickens and begins to pull together, remove it from the heat.
