Quick vegetable stew with turkey

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg soup vegetables, frozen
  • 5 Mettenden
  • 500 g turkey goulash
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Plant cream e.g. B. Rama culinesse

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

and Mettenden

Heat some vegetable cream in a saucepan and brown the turkey meat in it. Peel the potatoes, dice them, and add them to the meat, then brown them. Add the soup vegetables and broth. Season the stew and stir. Cut the Mettenden sausages into bite-sized slices and add them to the pan. Stir the stew and simmer for about 20 minutes.
