Children’s recipe, day-child tested, enough for 4 toddlers
Bring water to a boil in a medium-sized pot, add the spaghetti, and stir. Divide the broccoli into small florets, peel the stalk, and dice finely. Quarter the zucchini lengthwise and cut into thin slices. After 3 minutes of cooking time, add the vegetables and finely diced garlic to the pasta and cook for another 5 minutes. Drain and reserve about half a cup of the cooking liquid. Return the pasta to the pot and mix with the cooking water and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Halve the sausages lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Then fold these into the finished dish. In our house, even the very youngest children (around 12 months) eat this dish. The small noodles make it easy for children to eat on their own. Even children who are lazy to chew enjoy it. You can also replace the sausages with meatballs, diced cooked ham, or sausage balls.
