Vanilla blueberry yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 2 tangerines
  • 2 handfuls of coconut chips

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the mandarins and cut into wedges. Wash the blueberries and pat dry. In a bowl, combine the yogurt and vanilla sugar until smooth and fold in most of the blueberries. Reserve a few berries for garnish. Pour the vanilla yogurt into two deep plates, arrange the mandarin orange slices around the bowl, add the remaining decorative blueberries, and finish with a generous sprinkle of coconut flakes. A super quick dessert that looks great!
