Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 25 g margarine
- 380 ml milk
- 25 g sugar, if desired
- 125 g raisins, if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and gradually stir in the cooled butter and milk. If making raisin bread, stir in the raisins and sugar at the end. Pour everything into a loaf pan and bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
