Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g zucchini, diced
- 150 g tomatoes, roughly diced
- 150 g bell pepper(s), yellow or green, diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 100 g crème fraîche (creme legere)
- 1 small onion(s), diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Gently heat the olive oil and add the prepared vegetables, sauté briefly, then add the garlic and, if desired, a small onion, and sauté until al dente. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche. Serve with tagliatelle or wild rice. If you like, you can also serve a turkey steak.
