Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 parsnips
  • 6 onions, young
  • 100 ml honey
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the carrots and parsnips into thumb-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the carrots and parsnips until lightly seared on all sides. Add the halved onions and honey and mix well. Then place the whole thing in the oven (160 degrees Celsius) for 15-20 minutes, until the carrots and parsnips are tender.
