  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

delicious autumn combination

Peel the apples, dice them very finely, and add them to the quince juice to prevent them from turning brown. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Then add all the other ingredients and bring the jelly to a boil according to the package instructions. Either fish out the cinnamon stick or chop it up and divide it among the jars. Quince juice contains a lot of pectin, so less gelling sugar is needed than with other jellies.
