- 12 fish sticks, frozen

- some remoulade
- Salad (e.g. lettuce, salad leaves)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
First, fry the fish fingers over medium heat (electric stove level 2) for about 3 minutes on each side. I season them in the pan with a little Fondor and pepper to give the burger more pizzazz. Turn the heat up again at the end to make them nice and crispy! In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and slice them. Cut open or halve the burger buns. Cook one burger at a time, otherwise the first one will get cold by the time you get to the fourth. Place a cut bun, inside out, in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Then spread one half of the bun generously with remoulade sauce; not too little, or the whole thing will be too dry. Place a generous amount of lettuce on top of the sauce. Place 3 of the freshly fried fish fingers on the lettuce bed and spread the remoulade sauce on top of them in a snake-like pattern—just not too much. Now generously arrange tomato slices on top and season them with salt and pepper, which is important for the burger’s flavor. Now spread the inside of the bun lid generously with honey-mustard-dill sauce and fold it over.
