Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 liters of grain
  • 1 kg quince(s)
  • 800 g brown rock sugar

quick and easy

Wash the quinces and cut into pieces, removing the cores. Then place the quinces, rock candy, and grain in a large container. Store in a cool, dark place for 6 weeks. Shake vigorously every 1-2 days. After 6 weeks, strain through a sieve and bottle.
