Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg quince pulp
- 1 kg gelling sugar
Instructions

It is very good as a snack, I use it to decorate the quince biscuits
Grate and quarter the quinces. Cook in a pressure cooker with a little water for about 20 minutes until soft. Let cool slightly, then pass through a food mill. Mix this fruit puree with the gelling sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer very slowly, stirring frequently. Cook until a thick mixture forms (like Powidl). Let cool slightly, then spread on baking paper to a thickness of half a centimeter. Let cool completely. Then remove the paper. It will keep for several years.
