Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg quince(s) – leftovers, only peel and core
- 750 ml dry white wine
- 2 liters of apple juice
- 1.2 kg sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Great use of leftovers, delicious syrup for sparkling wine or mineral water, also nice as a culinary gift
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes, preferably one hour. Finally, increase the heat to ensure the syrup is piping hot. Strain and immediately pour into twist-off bottles. Let cool upright on the lid.
