Quinoa – Patty on Beans – Peppers – Vegetable Bed

- 200 g Cooked quinoa
- 1 small Chopped onion left out
- 1 piece Organic egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil to fry

- 300 g Green beans
- 1 Red Sliced bell pepper
- 300 ml Direct tomato juice
- Salt and pepper
- For the quinoa patties, put the cooked quinoa in a bowl, add the egg and the left onion – to do this, temper the onion in 1 tablespoon coconut oil or coconut oil and let it cool down a little – and season with salt and pepper, stir everything well and stir a little to let.
- Put coconut oil or coconut fat in a pan, leave the chopped onion on and briefly toss the bell pepper. Now add the beans and the tomato juice, season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- While the vegetables are cooking, add coconut oil or coconut oil to another pan and form the quinoa mixture and fry the patties, frying them a little golden brown on both sides.
