Quinoa pudding with almond milk and mango

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g white quinoa
  • 50 g almond milk (almond drink)
  • 50 g water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • 2 slice(s) Mango(s) , from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash and drain the quinoa, then place it in a saucepan and mix well with the remaining ingredients, except the mango. Bring everything to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, remove the vanilla pod, stir the dessert once, and let it stand for 5 minutes. Arrange the quinoa in a dessert bowl, top with the chopped mango pieces, garnish, and serve.
