  • 300 g rabbit meat, fried
  • 2 eggs (optional)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3 anchovies (or anchovy paste)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 gherkins (even better: pepper gherkins)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp oil, neutral
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar

Mix together a marinade of mustard, oil, a little vinegar, some sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir in the finely diced onion, finely chopped anchovies, capers, and the thinly sliced ​​rabbit meat.
