Raclette Goat Cheese Peppers

Mini peppers filled with goat’s cream cheese and honey in a raclette pan.

Ingredients

  • 4 mini peppers
  • 150 g fresh goat cheese
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp lettuce seed mix

Preparation

  1. Stir in the goat cheese and cream until smooth.
  2. Halve the mini peppers, deseed and fill with the cream cheese (it’s particularly easy with a piping bag).
  3. Place half of the stuffed peppers in a pan.
  4. Drizzle with a little honey and put some seeds on top.
  5. Then gratinate until the cheese has melted slightly.
