Mini peppers filled with goat’s cream cheese and honey in a raclette pan.

Ingredients
- 4 mini peppers
- 150 g fresh goat cheese
- 4 tablespoons cream
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp lettuce seed mix
Preparation
- Stir in the goat cheese and cream until smooth.
- Halve the mini peppers, deseed and fill with the cream cheese (it’s particularly easy with a piping bag).
- Place half of the stuffed peppers in a pan.
- Drizzle with a little honey and put some seeds on top.
- Then gratinate until the cheese has melted slightly.
