Taco chips with corn, kidney beans, and beef strips baked in a raclette.

Ingredients
For the pan:
- 16 taco chips
- 150 g cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp corn
- 4 tbsp kidney beans
- 2 jalapenos
- 1 small red onion
For the meat:
- 200 grams of beef
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp allspice, ground
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- a bit of salt
Preparation
- Cut the meat into strips and place in a small bowl.
- Crush the spices in a mortar and mix with the oil. Marinate the meat in it for 30-60 minutes.
- Grate the cheese. Break the chips into small pieces. Cut jalapenos and onions into rings.
- Prepare taco chips, corn, and kidney beans.
- Grill the meat briefly on the grill plate, then put it directly into the pan with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake the pans in the raclette for a few minutes.
