Raclette Tex Mex

Taco chips with corn, kidney beans, and beef strips baked in a raclette.

Ingredients

For the pan:

  • 16 taco chips
  • 150 g cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp corn
  • 4 tbsp kidney beans
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 small red onion

For the meat:

  • 200 grams of beef
  • 1 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp allspice, ground
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • a bit of salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the meat into strips and place in a small bowl.
  2. Crush the spices in a mortar and mix with the oil. Marinate the meat in it for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Grate the cheese. Break the chips into small pieces. Cut jalapenos and onions into rings.
  4. Prepare taco chips, corn, and kidney beans.
  5. Grill the meat briefly on the grill plate, then put it directly into the pan with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake the pans in the raclette for a few minutes.
