Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 apple
- 1 yellow bell pepper(s), cut into pieces
- 120 g Emmental cheese, diced
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 5. Add the radishes, apple, bell pepper, Emmental cheese, rapeseed oil, mustard, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Chop everything for 5 seconds on speed 5. Season the salad to taste.
