Radish and Ham Tartare

The perfect radish and ham tartare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Also:

  • 200 g Cream cheese grainy
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 Gherkins pickles
  • 1 little red one Apple
  • 50 g Raw ham
  • Chives, freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Loaf
  • Butter
  1. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into slices, depending on their size, or grate them roughly. Clean the vegetables, herbs, apple, wash and cut into small pieces. Finely cut the ham as well.
  2. Mix the radishes with cream cheese, gherkins, apple, onion, herbs, ham, spices, vinegar and oil and season to taste.
  3. Serve on buttered bread and garnish with parsley or as a salad with bread and butter.
  4. Granulated cream cheese can also be used with garlic or herbs, depending on your taste. Instead of radishes, you can also take radish, whatever your taste.
