Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of tuna
  • ½ pkt. cheese (butter cheese or Gouda) in a piece
  • 2 packs of salad seasoning mix (paprika and herbs)
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 6 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

amazingly simple

Wash the cucumber and tomatoes. Drain the corn and tuna. Dice the cheese. Peel the cucumber into strips (for a more attractive appearance), trim the ends, and halve the cucumber lengthwise. Then slice—do not grate. Slice the tomato, halving any large slices. In a (fairly large) bowl, mix the seasoning with oil and water. Add the cucumber, tomato, corn, and tuna and stir well. Add the cheese cubes, mixing in just a little (the cheese should be on top). Tip: Of course, you can add almost anything to this salad according to your taste and preference, but it’s a great light base.
