Radish Sausage Salad
The perfect radish sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pickled cucumbers, small
- 2 Wiener sausages
- 2 Red onions
- 2 bunch Radishes fresh
- 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
- 4 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Cut the pickled cucumbers and sausages into thin slices, peel the onions into thin slices or slice them.
- Clean and wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Wash the chives and cut into thin rolls.
- For the vinaigrette, stir together the vinegar, salt and sugar. Beat the oil on it.
- Mix the prepared salad ingredients and vinaigrette, season if necessary.
- Serve with fresh farmhouse bread and creme fraiche
