- 4 radishes
- 5 cm cucumber(s)
- 4 tbsp, heaped brunch, (mountain world)
- some cress
- some salt and pepper

Chop the radishes and cucumber into small pieces or chop them in a food processor and mix with 4 generous tablespoons of Brunch. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and cress. The spread also works well as small appetizers with pumpernickel.
