Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean the radishes, wash them thoroughly, and chop them finely. Wash the chives and finely chop them. Blend the quark with the crème fraîche until smooth. Stir in the radishes and chives. Season the spread with salt and pepper. It goes especially well with whole-grain bread or crispbread.
