Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g curd cheese, 20%
  • 100 g yogurt, 1.5%
  • 2 tsp horseradish from the jar (not creamed horseradish)
  • 2 pinches of salt, or a little more if desired
  • Pepper, freshly ground from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

fresh and spicy, ideal as a small starter on fresh baguette, or with boiled potatoes

Wash and trim the radishes and finely dice them. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the chopped chives. Mix the cream cheese, quark, yogurt, and horseradish until smooth, then season with salt and pepper. Fold in the radishes and chives. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with the remaining diced radishes and chopped chives.
