Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 bunch radishes
  • 3 tbsp coffee cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

also possible with radish

Wash the radishes (or one radish) and remove the stems. Finely grate them into a bowl. Add a little salt and drain off any excess water after about 5 minutes. Add the coffee cream, season with salt, pepper, and a dash of vinegar. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle over the mixture.
