Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g broccoli, fresh
- 300 g pasta, cooked
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk, low-fat
- some parsley, fresh or dried
- Salt
- pepper
- 150 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for about 3-4 minutes. Whisk the eggs with the milk and add the finely chopped onion. Add parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Combine the pasta and broccoli in a shallow baking dish. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
