Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes, larger
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives, fresh or 1 pack frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and finely grate the radishes, place them in a sieve, and season with plenty of salt to allow them to draw out the water. Finely dice the spring onions. Finely chop the fresh chives. Season the sour cream with pepper and a little salt, then mix all the ingredients together. That’s all you need. Ideal for summer and easy to prepare.
