Radish Salad with Mustard Dressing

The perfect radish salad with mustard dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 St. Radish
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Chives fresh
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard, alternatively medium-hot mustard
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  1. Clean the radish, cut or slice. Mix in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of salt, place in a sieve and drain for approx. 15 minutes. Rinse briefly with water. Cut the chives into small rolls.
  2. Mustard dressing: Whisk vinegar, oil, mustard, a dash of water, paprika flakes and pepper together well.
  3. Mix the radish and dressing well in a bowl, leave to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 15 minutes. Stir again and serve garnished with chives. Juicy farmer’s bread can be served with it.
