Ingredients
- 1 bunch Fresh radishes
- 2 Apples fresh
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 150 g Mild yogurt
- -
- 1 Tarragon stem
- 1 Lovage stem
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- 10 Lemon balm leaves
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
Instructions
- Clean and wash the radishes, wash the apples in quarters and cut out the core, clean and wash the spring onions
- Mix yoghurt, salt, pepper and lemon juice into a marinade.
- Wash the herbs, shake dry, cut into small pieces and fold into the marinade
- Slice the radishes and apples into very fine slices (I'll slice it over the finished marinade), cut the spring onions into fine rings and fold in everything
