- 800 g Liver sausage
- 1 tbsp Marjoram
- Jacket potatoes
- Fat
- Peel the onions, cut into slices and sauté with a little fat. Peel the skin off the liver sausage and sauté with the onions. This is served with jacket potatoes, endive salad or bread is served with it.
