Radish salad with roasted sesame seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 radish(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 4 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sesame seeds
  • ½ bunch parsley or coriander
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dry-roast the sesame seeds in a pan until light brown and nutty-scented. Slice the radish. Finely chop the parsley. Finely grate the apple and immediately mix with the lemon juice, sesame seeds, parsley, salt, and honey. Mix with the radish and let it sit briefly before serving. Tip: If the fresh radish is too spicy for you, you can mix it with grated salt and let it sit for half an hour. Then fold in the dressing without any additional salt.
