Smoothie with kefir, apple and ginger

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple (Braeburn)
  • 1 apple (Golden Delicious)
  • 200 ml kefir, 3.5% fat
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp, levelled vanilla seeds
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 10 g ginger root, peeled, diced
  • 3 tbsp, heaped yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the apples and slice them. Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender and add the apple pieces. Puree everything with a hand blender. Pour into glasses and serve.
