Radishes from Pan

- 500 g Radish
- 1 Garlic marriage
- Thyme
- Parsley
- 2 Spring onions
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 4 tablespoon Vinegar
- Clean, wash and halve the radishes. Clean the knobi, finely chop the herbs, shake dry, chop the spring onions and cut into rings.
- Now place in a pan with hot oil, season with salt and pepper, add honey, let caramelise and deglaze with the vinegar.
- Tastes pure or with a slice of baguette
