Radishes from Pan

The perfect radishes from pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Radish
  • 1 Garlic marriage
  • Thyme
  • Parsley
  • 2 Spring onions
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 4 tablespoon Vinegar
  1. Clean, wash and halve the radishes. Clean the knobi, finely chop the herbs, shake dry, chop the spring onions and cut into rings.
  2. Now place in a pan with hot oil, season with salt and pepper, add honey, let caramelise and deglaze with the vinegar.
  3. Tastes pure or with a slice of baguette
