Raffaello – Cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of confectionery (Raffaello)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g yogurt 3.5%
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 can pineapple

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, chop the Raffaellos. Then whip the cream until stiff peaks and cut the pineapple into small pieces. Then stir everything together, and the dessert is ready.
