Coconut cream cheese frosting for cupcakes, cakes, and pies – less sweet

First, melt the white chocolate and butter over steam or in the microwave. Meanwhile, combine the quark, cream cheese, coconut milk, vanilla sugar, desiccated coconut, and powdered sugar with a mixer. Once the chocolate has melted and cooled slightly, stir it into the frosting mixture with the mixer. The frosting is best used after it has been refrigerated for at least half an hour. It’s best applied to the baked goods using a piping bag.
