Refreshing cucumber-ginger water

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of water, still or sparkling
  • 50 g fresh ginger
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • ice cubes
  • some sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

ideal summer drink

Peel and roughly dice the ginger. Slice the cucumber. Fill a carafe with water and add the ginger and cucumber. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Enjoy with ice cubes and sweeten with a little liquid sweetener (or sugar, stevia, Xucker, etc.) if desired.
