Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g blueberries, frozen
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 packs of vanilla pudding
  • 60 g sugar
  • 300 g butter
  • e.g. powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

First, cover the blueberries with sugar and let stand for about two to three hours. Then, puree everything and bring to a boil. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with the milk and stir it into the boiled blueberries. Stir until thickened, then remove from the heat and cover with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming. Let the blueberry pudding cool to room temperature. Beat the room-temperature butter with a hand mixer and add it to the blueberry pudding a tablespoon at a time until everything is combined. Sweeten to taste with powdered sugar, if desired.
