Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g lard (pork fat)
  • 250 g quark
  • 300 g raisins
  • 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 4 drops of oil (lemon oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a heavy dough, pour into a bread pan, and bake at 180°C for approximately 85 minutes.
