Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 ml buttermilk
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • 80 ml water
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp raisins
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

with the Thermomix

First, heat the water and yeast for 3 minutes at 37 degrees Celsius (98 degrees Fahrenheit) on speed 1. Then add the remaining ingredients, except for the raisins, and process for 3 minutes on speed 1. Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Then add the raisins for 1 minute on speed 1. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and score the top once with a knife. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for 35 minutes.
