Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 portion of puff pastry, homemade or from the refrigerated section
- 1 point sheep’s cheese
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped, small
- 3 tbsp pesto (wild garlic pesto)
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry, spread the pesto on one half, crumble the feta cheese over the entire puff pastry, drain the tomatoes and sprinkle them on top, season with salt, roll up, and slice. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C until golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on the oven.
