Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 serving of homemade mayonnaise (in my recipes)
- Yogurt (also low-fat) or sour cream (amount as desired)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Chives, finely chopped
- lemon juice
- Parsley, finely chopped
- cress, finely chopped
- Spring onion(s), (or to taste) finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine everything in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender for a few seconds, then season to taste with the spices. Not too much sugar; just a mild touch. I add just as much yogurt as mayo, by the way. Additional variations: e.g., garlic, grated cheese, tuna, blue cheese.
