Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 280 g flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 100 g almond(s), peeled and chopped
  • 150 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks, and mix everything thoroughly. Stir in the sifted flour, a tablespoon at a time, alternating with the milk. Finally, fold in the chopped almonds and raisins. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (160°C fan oven) for about 20 minutes.
