Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g raisins, briefly soaked in water
- 500 g flour
- 50 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 ml water
- Milk, for brushing
- Flour , for editing

Sift the flour and mix well with the yeast. Stir in the remaining ingredients—except the raisins. Knead everything thoroughly using the dough hook of the mixer. Finally, add the drained raisins. The dough should be easy to shape. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl until it has increased significantly in size. Then knead again. Form twelve rolls (flour your hands if the dough is very sticky). Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover the rolls with a clean cloth and place in a warm place for half an hour. Brush with a little milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees Celsius (without fan) for 15-20 minutes.
