Rambo's Fish Soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g vegetables (mixed vegetables)
  • 2 cans of fish (tomato fish)
  • 1 bag of rice or vermicelli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
  • 3 bay leaves
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • onion(s)
  • 2 liters of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the mixed vegetables and rice in about 2 liters of water, bay leaves, salt, and pepper until soft. Then add the chopped tomato fish, tomato ketchup, onion, bell pepper, and garlic and bring to a boil briefly. Finally, season with lemon juice. Serve with a herb baguette.
