Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 175 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 500 ml milk
- 2 pudding powder (cream)
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 glasses of cherries
- 175 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Sift 375g flour with baking powder. Knead in 175g butter, 100g sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 tbsp milk. Chill the dough. Bring 500ml milk to a boil. Mix the cream pudding mix with 1 cup water, 4 tbsp sugar, and 1 egg yolk, add to the milk, and bring to a boil. Stir in the low-fat quark, 250g sugar, vanilla sugar, and 1 stiffly beaten egg white. Stir the pudding (while warm) into the quark. Preheat oven to 225°C (160°C fan oven). Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1cm. Spread with the cheese cream. Drain the cherries and arrange them on the cheese cream. Knead the crumble from 175g flour, 125g butter, and 150g sugar and spread it on the cake. Bake for 45 minutes.
